Greener. Now.

Environment

As an environmental law and policy expert, with three decades of experience and holding degrees in Environmental Studies and a Juris Doctorate in Natural Resources Law, Mike firmly believes that, while we still remain dependent on fossil fuels, we need to continue to work towards moving away from reliance on non-renewable energy sources and employ Californians in good paying jobs to develop and build the energy infrastructure of tomorrow. As someone who spends a lot of time in the ocean, mountains and desert, Mike also strongly supports preserving our precious natural spaces. This is why Mike supports green incentives in planning, construction, promoting the urban canopy, and recycling in order to promote public and private partnerships to preserve habitat and create jobs while building greener communities.
